If the RENTER wishes to cancel the contract until 91 days before the departure date, the RENTER must notify the LESSOR in Writing. In case of any cancellation, the following rules apply: • For cancellations made up to 91 days before departure, 25% of the deposit is deducted and the remaining balance is refunded. • For cancellations made up to 90-60 days before, 50% of the deposit is deducted and the remaining balance is refunded. • No refunds will be made for cancellations made 59 days before. • As a result of cancellations made 59 days ago; As a result of cancellations made for reasons other than natural disasters on the tour date (in case no equivalent RENTER is found), the remaining balance is invoiced to the RENTER by the LESSOR and the commercial loss of the boat is paid by the RENTER. If IMPORTANT GROUP TRAVEL Villa & Yachting can allocate the yacht to other guests until the date of the tour under the same conditions, the entire deposit can be refunded after deduction of invoice and service expenses. Our company has adopted the principle of protecting your rights in these matters and will provide the necessary assistance in accordance with commercial ethics. *** In case of COVID 19 and similar Epidemic or Pandemic situations; • Partial or complete quarantine application in the district / province where the rented boat is located, travel ban, within the scope of exit bans imposed by the Port Authority or Official authorities, • In case of partial or complete quarantine application, travel ban in the cities and countries where the guests reside and this process coincides with the tour date, If the guests are diagnosed with Covid-19 or similar dangerous epidemic disease (if proven with the Hospital Report), In case of force majeure that may occur above, • Depending on the availability of the rented boat, the reservation can be transferred to another date to be determined mutually. (There may be price differences between low and high season). This change will be made by e-mail confirmation. • In the event that the boat is not available and the guests cannot change their holiday dates, the payments made by the guests are to be used between May and October the following year on a date preferred by our guests (provided that a written request is made to us at least 1 month in advance), the same boat or It can be transferred to an equivalent boat. In such cases, periodic changes or changes made in the equipment and comfort of the boats change the rental price and in the season change, depending on the increase in the exchange rate, a price difference may occur. If there is a change in question, an additional contract will be made.
